Coyote Baseball Facilities

Weatherford College has made a commitment to winning with Roger Williams Ballpark and other Coyote baseball facilities.

Known as one of the finest two-year college baseball facilities in the nation, Williams Ballpark was dedicated in 2003 and refurbished with artificial turf in 2021. Local donors helped fund both the original ballpark construction and the turf install, showing community buy-in for the program.

WC partnered with FieldTurf, the same company responsible for turf athletic fields at the University of Tennessee, Ohio State University, the University of Texas, the University of Notre Dame and others.

The field includes two enclosed bullpens and a tree-lined outfield fence with a 15-foot batter’s eye extension.

Williams Ballpark is very fan friendly, featuring native stone buildings in the entryway with granite plaques recognizing donors and past Coyote greats. The entire bleacher area is covered with room for 800 fans.

Players enjoy the clubhouse which includes an expansive locker room, a conference/video room and coaches offices. Covered hitting/pitching tunnels include three separate areas for year-round work.
