- Rodeo Entries open to all current and former WC students and their children or parents. NIRA Rules apply. Pre entries will be taken until midnight Sunday October 13th by emailing jemmons@wc.edu. Phone entries will be taken Monday October 14th by calling or texting rodeo secretary Tibba Smith at 254-595-1109 from 4pm – 8pm.
- Entry Fees $100 per event/man (Cash only) – 80% payback. Pays two rounds (no average), under 50 entries pays 4 monies, over 50 entries pays 6 monies. Montana Silversmith Buckles to all event winners, ties for awards will be broken by fastest time in the first round.
- Slack Saturday October 19th 10am – slack order BA, TD, BK, SW, GT, Mix TR, TR. Rodeo Performance 7pm. Roughstock events limited to 10 entries during the performance. Barrel Racing one go round drag after every 5 runs.
- CR, BK, SW, GT, & TR will be long go/short go. (Pays 2 rounds no average). Any event with less than 15 entries will be one go during the performance.
- TR – Open with a #12 incentive, you may enter once as an open team, and once as a #12 team. (#12 Incentive capped at a 7E). Top 10 open teams plus the top 4 incentive teams advance to the performance.
- Mixed TR – (male/female) you may enter twice. Top 10 advance to the performance.
- Contestants will receive credentials (Wrist bands) and a companion wrist band upon paying entry fees from the
secretary good for entry into the rodeo and may be presented at the VIP BBQ dinner for a discounted $20 meal. - VIP BBQ Dinner is $30 at the door, Rodeo Tickets are $10 at the gate, concert and dance included with any ticket.
