Temple College won two softball games against Weatherford College Wednesday in Temple, both on walk-offs in the bottom of the eighth inning and both with a 4-3 final score.
The Leopards won the first game after scoring three runs in the eighth.
WC's Averie Gunther scattered three hits and two earned runs over seven and a third innings, striking out five.
Annabelle Guay hit a home run, and Jacinta Fonoti went 2-for-3 with a run scored.
In game two, Temple's Bre Jackson got the walk-off with an RBI single.
Fonoti hit a home run and went 2-for-4. Amelia Hatthorn allowed just two hits and two earned runs over five innings.
Weatherford is 31-10 overall, 16-6 in conference and ranked No. 14 in the country. The Coyotes will face Temple again on Saturday at Stuart Field Saturday in a noon doubleheader.
