The Weatherford College women’s basketball team is the lone remaining undefeated squad in Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference play after a 73-59 win at Cisco College Wednesday.

The Lady Coyotes are 3-0 in NTJCAC play; 15-2 overall.

WC sophomore Destiny McAfee led the way with 18 points. Ashawntae Brown added 13 points and eight rebounds. Anna Jefferson-Polk scored 11 points.

The WC men and women play their first home conference games Saturday against Grayson College at the Betty Jo Graber Athletic Center. The women tip off at 2 p.m. and the men begin at approximately 4 p.m.
