Carlos Ramirez is in his second stint with the WC coaching staff after coaching catchers at Hawaii Pacific University for two seasons. He spent his playing years at Miami Dade College and the University of Miami along with playing professionally for the Boston Red Sox and Los Angeles Angels. 
 
Ramirez has over 20 years of experience coaching and scouting in the Red Sox organization.
