The Weatherford College women's basketball team rode a big second half to defeat Cisco College 66-53 Wednesday night in Brownwood. 

The Lady Coyotes scored 19 and 22 points in the final two quarters to finish strong and collect their first win in conference play. 

Mikayla Green scored 19 points for WC and pulled down eight rebounds. Helena Svilberg added 14 points off the bench. Adreanna Waddle had eight points, 10 rebounds and four blocked shots. 

WC improved to 8-9 overall and 1-4 in conference play. 

The Lady Coyotes and Coyotes will host Southwestern Christian College on Saturday, Jan. 28, in the Betty Jo Graber Athletic Center.
