The Weatherford College baseball team moved up three spots to No. 17 in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division I rankings released Monday. 

The Coyotes had a 23-7 overall record and were tied with No. 6 McLennan for the top spot in the Northern Texas Junior College Athletic Conference standings at 6-2 in league play. 

In softball, WC held steady at No. 20 in the country. Weatherford was 24-7 overall and 9-3 in conference play. 

Both WC teams have been dominant at home this season, with a combined 21-7 record at Stuart Field and Roger Williams Ballpark.
