The Weatherford College men's basketball team upset No. 21 Clarendon College Wednesday at the Betty Jo Graber Athletic Center, 74-45. 

WC jumped out to a 39-20 halftime lead and never looked back. The Coyotes (2-0) made 17 of 21 free throws in the victory over the Bulldogs (3-1). 

Jared Washington led the way for Weatherford with 23 points. Wayne Wiggins added 16 points, and Jamie Hodges had 15. Handy Toussaint added 10 rebounds. 

The Coyotes will host the Texas Wesleyan JV on Saturday, beginning at 4 p.m.
